Training Consultant

Responsibilities:
  • To deliver technical instructor-led training to our clients and partners.
  • Responsible for providing course outlines and content development, training customization and slides development.
  • Involve in all aspects of training consultancy such as Training Needs Analysis (TNA) on skill assessment and training roadmaps to clients and partners.
  • Provide technical consultancy and recommendation to our clients and partners.
  • To provide support for internal IT infrastructure and remote lab services.
  • To ensure and assist in preparation of the class and lab setup.
  • Constantly keep abreast with technology and update knowledge through attending the necessary training and obtained the required certifications.
  • Based on proactive interaction with clients, feedback clients’ requirements to the Sales Specialist and Management.
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of industry experience as a Technical Engineer/Consultant/Instructor.
  • Instructor Certification with Cisco (CCSI), Juniper (JNCI) or any other vendors is an advantage.
  • Have good communication and presentation skills.
  • A team player and presentable with good interpersonal skills.
  • Traveling is expected depending on business requirements.
  • Candaidate has to be able to work independently, good attitude and self-motivated, result and client-oriented individual.

Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:
  • To achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets given by the Company in promoting and selling training courses and products to existing, new and potential clients.
  • The individual is responsible on bringing sales to the Company by managing clients and partners relationships.
  • To generate and build new accounts (clients and partners) while maintaining existing accounts.
  • Promptly respond to sales enquiries and ensure proper tracking of all training opportunities.
  • Proactive and regular update and report to be submitted to Management on sales pipeline and account plans.
  • Follow up on all sales activities from quotation, registration, invoicing and collection of payment.
  • Involve in preparation of sales proposal and presentations.
  • Besides participating in sales forecasting, the individual will provide suggestion and recommendation to increase revenue and profit.
  • Work closely with company's training consultants to update marketing goals to reflect focus on increasing sales revenue and update clients’ feedback to the team for any improvement.
Requirements:
  • Possess at least Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of sales or marketing experience in the IT or training business.
  • Good track record in sales and marketing.
  • A team player and presentable with good interpersonal skills.
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills would be ideal.
  • Possess own transport and a valid driving license.
  • Bumiputeras are strongly encouraged to apply.

Admin Executive cum In-house Sales

Responsibilities:
  • Formulate, co-ordinate and implement administrative policies and procedures
  • To assist in routine office administration work which include documentation, filing, correspondences, co-ordinate, training class administration & follow-up administrative/finance job.
  • Calling customer to close sales
  • Provide Sales support task to Sales Engineer or Managers including assist in prepare quotation and proposal
  • Follow up on all sales activities from quotation, registration, invoicing and collection of payment.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in a similar capacity preferably in administration
  • Good written and spoken English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Ability and commitment to organize meetings, conduct trainings and follow-up actions
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work under minimum supervision and good interaction with people at all levels
  • Mature, dedicated and committed to producing excellent results
